It’s For the Birds!

These cold days set in quickly with the first big snowfall at the Lake happening this week. With chilly temperatures and biting winds, the first thing we think bout are those poor birds outside. Bird feeding at the Lake of the Ozarks is one of the best things about winter (while we’re waiting for gardening season to come back!), so we make those feathered friends a priority. From different styles of bird feeders at the Lake of the Ozarks to quality bird seed in Camdenton, MO. We’ve got everything you need to get started. Here is a quick introduction to our products - stop by and stock up!

Bird Feeders at the Lake of the Ozarks

Did you know that Camdenton Farm and Garden is known “the” place to find the best bird feeders. We carry all varieties including hummingbird feeders, large hoppered feeders, and more. We also carry wild bird see and exotic bird seed, but more about those later. Here is a quick introduction to our bird feeders! If we don’t have one that you’re looking for, please let us know! We’d love to find the perfect feeder for you, even if we don’t have it in stock.

Bird Seed at the Lake of the Ozarks

We carry many different varieties, and some you won’t find anywhere else. We also keep suets in stock for year-round use. We sell our seeds in bulk or by the pound, whatever works best for you. If you are a true birder, with high expectations for quality food - you will find no place anywhere in the Ozarks that carries a wider variety. Plus, if you can’t handle the weight of the fifty pound bags, we are more than happy to split them for you. Here are the types you can expect to find when you visit our farm and garden store at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Wild Bird Feeding at the Lake of the Ozarks

Our farm store in Camdenton Missouri is well know for our high-quality bird products. In fact, we sell more bird feeding supplies than anyone else in mid-Missouri. Bird feeding can be a wonderful pastime for anyone who appreciates looking out of their window and watching the cute little feathered friend hopping around. It’s also a valuable tradition, as the birds eagerly appreciate additional food. Remember to keep the feeders clean and dry, especially as the weather has gotten rather wet this week. If you aren’t sure how to clean your feeder, check out our website! We have an excellent article that explains the best practices for keeping your bird feeder clean. Happy feeding season from the team at Camdenton Farm and Garden, and don’t forget to stop by for any supplies or with questions!
